Our Policies

1. Punctuality is expected for both trainer and trainee. To obtain full benefit from your session, be ready to start at the appointed time.

2. There will be a 10 minute grace period. If I am 10 or more minutes late, you can decide to reschedule or cancel the session. If the client is 10 or more minutes late, the session will be cancelled and charged to the client.

3. Appointments are scheduled in advance. A session cancelled with a 24-hour notice or more will not be charged.

4. If possible, please provide at least a 14 days notice of your decision to discontinue your program. This will allow me to schedule another client in this time period.

5. All sessions are pre-paid. Pre-paying reserves that session time slot, and also helps make the client accountable by committing him/her to their program.

6. No refunds will be given on any training sessions or packages.

7. Sessions will expire after 6 months of inactivity.
